I live in Helsinki, Finland, and spend most of my time working on expanding StageZero Technologies, the company that I co-founded together with my brother, in various directions.
In artificial intelligence, I specialize in increasing the performance of machine learning systems and building new products that utilize ML. Most of my professional career has been spent working on natural language processing (NLP) within machine learning. It started with writing a Ph.D. about how to automate different types of text processing using analytics and machine learning. Since then I have worked in three different AI companies and am now leading a team of experts within the field.
At StageZero my role expanded from being a domain expert in NLP to helping customers build up new solutions. My strength has always been coming up with novel solutions for complex problems and this is what I now do daily when helping customers with their problems and suggesting efficient solutions.
StageZero is unique in the way that we approach AI data, and this is also why we can provide data that competitors cannot. Our technology integrates with people all over the globe which means that we can provide data for almost any language with very little delay.
