I started my career at the Israeli Defense Forces as an Artillery Team Commander, where I first learned what it means to be a leader, and the importance of developing trust-based relationships with your team members as a foundation for a successful team work.

After the military I went to study business, and joined Ernst & Young, where I developed my core business skills, and developed a passion for client services.

I moved to the US to pursue my MBA at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, and upon graduation I joined McKinsey & Company, and had the privilege to advise companies on their most pressing issues as well as largest opportunities while working with and leading teams of incredible and talented people.

I then moved on to join Via, a leader in the on-demand mobility space, where I am collaborating with and leading fantastic and extremely smart people who work to reinvent public transportation.
