My entrepreneurial journey began in high school, selling oil paintings and photographs at craft fairs. I discovered I had a knack for art - who knew! - but what really drove my interest was the potential to create something of value that connected with people.

I built a small business from scratch, learning lessons in supply, demand, and marketing while earning enough to feel the spark of building something meaningful. That spark carried me through a wide-ranging career.

While studying at Yale, I joined my first official startup, getting my feet wet in the day-to-day nuance of integrated marketing and product development. The harder it got, the more invested I was, and the energy I pulled from that experience directed my path forward.

After graduating, I co-founded TripleMint, a tech-driven real estate firm, where I scaled the business to 350 employees before it was acquired by The Agency. Along the way, I learned the importance of listening to customers, balancing innovation with operational discipline, and building teams that thrive on trust and shared purpose.

Today, I’m co-founder of Spara, where my focus lies at the intersection of AI, innovation, and empowering teams to solve complex problems. Our mission is to forge an impactful relationship between humans and technology by pushing the limits of what’s possible to discover unrealized potential.

My life centers around creativity, growth, and embracing the challenges that come with building a meaningful legacy. Through competitive sports, I developed a sense of perseverance and grit that, coupled with eternal optimism, drives my commitment to excellence.

I’m not afraid to fail - I welcome the risk and reward.

Outside of work, I’m a husband and father of two young boys who constantly remind me of the importance of patience, presence, and the power of small moments. I love running and biking, and enjoying the wonders of New York City.
