I have deep knowledge in RF/antenna theory, design, and measurement. I have design experiences in advanced 5G antenna systems including phased arrays, mmWave MIMO systems, and beam forming, as well as the traditional antennas including dipole antennas, patch antennas, whip antennas, PIFA, horn antennas, chip antennas, and others.
I have capability to lead engineering teams to design RF components/antenna modules for multiple applications including LTE, WiFi, BT, UWB, GPS, 5G Sub6, 5G mmWave, and others. Published more than 40 patents and papers


I have strong experience in manufacturing, global supply chain management and quality controls. I improved product margin by adapting new SCM strategy, setting up new factories, and tracking down the detail progress.
