In my early professional career, I served as the the youngest GM at Careem (at 25). I went on to become a consultant at McKinsey that received 2 promotions in 2 years.

At Careem, I manage the P&L for Careem Karachi and grew the ride hailing business in Karachi 10x in 8 months. (Careem is one of the fastest growing ride hailing business in the world and was acquired by Uber for USD 3.1 billion in 2019 )

At McKinsey, I have been part of ~10 strategy development, financial modelling, and implementation consulting engagements within both the public and private sector. I have extensive experience of advising CEOs and implementing initiatives to deliver impact in a variety of key challenges in different cultures.

I have a proven ability to drive business expansion through aggressive initiatives that deliver growth in market share and market penetration. I thrive in challenging situations and rely on my my cross-functional knowledge and prior experience of executing global strategies based on local consumer preference to produce unique solutions to complex business problems. I love automatation, product design and creating processes to eliminate the need for constant firefighting.
