CJ Przybyl United States - Greater Chicago Area

CJ is an entrepreneur and business leader with experience in all company stages, from founding/early startups to late-stage growth companies and steady-state corporations. He co-founded Snapsheet after leading the pivot of BodyShopBids from a consumer brand into a B2B innovator at the forefront of the Insurtech revolution. HIs latest startup, Reserv, is a global, digitally native TPA seeking to enable a new eara of adjusters to simplify the processing of complex claims.

As a pioneer of the Insurtech sector, CJ applied a mix of technology know-how, business acumen, and grit to disrupt an established space. He originally founded Snapsheet Services, a tech-enabled claims business that has scaled to over 400 employees and services over 100 insurance carriers. He conceived the Snapsheet app, the first photo-based mobile app for claims, an innovation that has become industry standard.

He then led the stealth development and launch of Snapsheet Cloud, a SaaS platform which enables fully automated claims from FNOL to digital payment, in partnership with multiple corporates, including Zurich Insurance, Key Bank, and JPMorgan Chase. CJ architected and led Snapsheet’s expansion beyond the US, into Canada and multiple countries in Europe.

In the past decade, CJ has led every aspect of Snapsheet, including corporate and product strategy, operations and management, Go-To-Market execution, corporate partnerships, business development, and raising over $100 million in capital. He excels in defining technology to fill the strategic gaps of large corporations, and the execution and implementation thereof.

Prior to Snapsheet, CJ worked in the semiconductor industry managing multiple cutting-edge technologies, from industrial technology IoT and process automations to early-stage cell phone sensor technologies that propelled the evolution from flip phones to smart phones.

CJ is an adjunct professor of entrepreneurship at Chicago Booth, a board director for Rose-Hulman’s Department of Physics and Optical Engineering, an active mentor at The Creative Destruction Lab and TechStars Chicago, and an angel investor and advisor to startups. He is passionate about physics and philosophy, and the links between them.
