A serial social entrepreneur with a passion for empowering others, Jason Saltzman has been mentoring, investing in, and founding disruptive startups for over a decade.

In March of 2020, Jason stepped down from his role as CEO of Alley, the startup incubator he founded in 2012 to move onto his next passion project: building a digital solution to overwhelming credit card
debt.

Unmanageable debt is directly tied to mental health issues in America. As someone who has experienced the effects of toxic debt firsthand, Jason set out to help consumers take control of their debt. His new company, Relief, is on a mission to make financial relief accessible to everyone. The company will help struggling borrowers negotiate down toxic debt, helping people get back on track to living a more fulfilling, secure life.

Aside from his roles as CEO of Releif and Chairman of Alley, Jason is a Professor for Florida International University (FIU) and serves on the University Board of Directors as it’s Vice Chair of Enterprise Growth. In partnership with FIU Jason has built several mentorship programs connecting students to industry experts and successful startup founders. He is a Mentor for the Techstars accelerator program and is an active angel investor.
