Phil is an award winning brand expert, keynote speaker, and serial entrepreneur who has spent the last 20 years building global brands, scaling businesses and helping to shape culture.

Having started, failed and succeeded in helping to create high impact companies such as The Rated Awards, GRM Daily, and Disrupt marketing which became one of the UK’s pioneering social content and influencer agencies and was acquired in 2018 by the Tomorrow Group.

Phil is currently the co-founder and CEO of sustainable tech brand reboxed® - the world's first B Corp certified tech recommerce platform, that makes buying, selling and financing used and refurbished tech better for people's pocket and the planet. Launched in 2019 the circular economy brand has grown 10x, reaching over 10,000 reboxers and planting over 35,000 trees in 2 years.

Runner up in the sustainability entrepreneur of the year category at the Great British Entrepreneur awards in 2022, he is passionate about mission-driven sustainable business and believes that all companies should be more mindful in balancing purpose and profit.

Phil is also an active angel investor, advisor and connector of dots, helping to raise millions of pounds for start-ups whilst supporting founders and investors on their journey. He champions the idea of balance in all aspects of life, aiming to help fellow entrepreneurs live a more mindful, fulfilled and successful life.

After successful exits on two companies, his focus is building his latest venture as well as enjoying presenting at conferences and events, taking trips in his converted van and helping support and empower up and coming entrepreneurs, change-makers and disruptors.
