Ex pro Rugby player.

Played at Glasgow Warriors 2012-2020 whilst doing so represented Scotland 6 times. I then moved to the USA to play 2 seasons at the LA Giltinis. I retired from pro rugby at 29 due to a neck injury.

After I retired at 29 I came back to the UK and got some experience in the commercial sport world working at Glasgow Warriors for a short 6 months stint.

I was then given an opportunity to go back to the US to coach professionally at the Chicago Hounds.

In 2018 whilst playing Rugby at Glasgow Warriors I co founded a company called Puresport which has since grown and is now London based. The original vision was to create CBD and nootropic products for athletes and those that were drug tested in sport or the work place. The company also does an amazing range of performance sports apparel and merchandise.

I loved coaching professional rugby but I found it restrictive with my entrepreneurial spirit. Similar to my playing days, I had this constant urge to create and explore things outside the game. I ended up stepping away from pro coaching due to wanting to pursue the other stuff that I also found meaningful.

I'm currently working as a consultant for a couple of start up companies here in Glasgow.

I have invested as an angel investor into 5 start ups, some of which i'm involved with more than others.

I love to learn. I use this platform to share some of the lessons I've learnt in my own journey up until this this point. I talk specifically to athletes and the younger generation around entrepreneurship, philosophy, transformation and creating a life that is one you look forward to living.
