Co-Founder and COO of Populix, a consumer insights platform that is disrupting and innovating the research industry.
Previously she was the core Brand and Marketing team of Savoria, Djarum's subsidiary in the field of FMCGs, where she spearheaded the market launches of Ready-to-Drink beverages namely Yuzu Tea and Yuzu Isotonic. She was also Djarum’s Associate of Business Development / Diversification where she was exposed to different industries such as technology, manufacturing, and advertising. Additionally, she had also worked as a Consultant at Jaguar Land Rover in Conventry, UK and as Product Development at Campbell's Soup Company in Camden, USA. As a result of her diverse experiences, she has developed a keen interest in topics surrounding market research and data, new product development, and businesses in developing countries.
Eileen graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2014 with a Master of Philosophy in Management, and from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Human Nutrition with honors. At UIUC, she was granted scholarships throughout her whole undergraduate years and was awarded the University Bronze Tablet for sustained academic excellence having achieved a perfect 4.0 GPA and have her name inscribed in a 'bronze tablet' and hung in the university main library. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, playing tennis, and practicing her Korean (a 3rd language she is hoping to master). Last but not least, she is also an avid traveller, having travelled to over 60 countries and counting.
