Penpot, an open source online prototyping platform for designers and developers. Beta version!
With open standards (SVG) as a core feature and value, we hope to contribute a much needed platform to the open source community, which we consider to be instrumental to make Penpot the best online prototyping tool out there. Penpot is being developed by open source enthusiasts coming from the tech and UX/UI trenches that have already built 20+ products for startups and launched Taiga in the past.
Kaleidos, its umbrella company, has raised seed money and is devoting funds to make sure there is an amazing multidisciplinary team focused on Penpot, also able to engage with a newly born community of users and contributors.

I co-founded Kaleidos, a great hybrid between a technological partner for start-ups and an incubator for employees' ideas (Taiga and Penpot being great examples). On a personal side, I love my trad archery/geek life with Angela and a bunch of great friends. I actively support public understanding of science, the fight against climate crisis, civil rights & feminism.
