My career has been spent in technology, outsourced services and enterprise software, where I have built high performing teams, architected winning strategies, and consistently delivered business growth and strategic value for the organizations I worked for. Along the way I have been fortunate enough to be recognized in the industry with multiple awards for both business success and entrepreneurship, as well as a patent to my name.

In 2013 I founded Thoughtonomy with a vision of building an Intelligent Automation platform to deliver improvements in workforce productivity through the automation and digitization of work. I imagined a future in which organizations could utilize digital labor to augment human workers, with software undertaking key work tasks, enabling staff to better use their skills, and businesses to improve efficiency, enhance customer service and create new or improved service offerings.

We created the Virtual Workforce, a Software as a Service (SaaS) platform combining the technology principles of Cloud Computing, Software Robotics - RPA, and Cognitive Artificial Intelligence - AI, to provide business of all sizes, in all industries and geographies globally, with a strategic asset to support these business objectives, and one which we enhance on an ongoing basis through continual improvement, design-thinking and customer centricity.

We worked across 5 continents with private sector enterprises and public sector organizations large and small, employed a passionate and skilled team of experts, and built a thriving and growing partner ecosystem to enable customers to realize the strategic value of Intelligent Automation.

In June 2019 Blue Prism acquired 100% of the share capital of Thoughtonomy and the platform we had created became Blue Prism Cloud. With the brand and resources of the leader in Intelligent Automation at our disposal the platform has become the fastest growing asset in the Blue Prism portfolio and we are the market leader in cloud based RPA. Our digital workforce delivers value to clients globally, and our platform is proving a strategic asset to underpin productivity improvement, digital transformation and business reinvention.

In April 2022 I left Blue Prism and commenced a new chapter with an exciting technology business due to launch in mid May. More to follow on that.....
