He is a proven results-oriented and seasoned technology leader with 25+ years of experience developing highly scalable products and services by building and leading large, high-performance global engineering organizations, setting a clear vision, directing a strategy, and delivering against goals.

Pankaj is also a partner and Chief Strategy Officer at the JC2 ventures and a senior advisor to March Capital. Before that, Pankaj was Executive Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Cisco Systems, Inc. As the engineering head of the company’s $38 billion product and solution portfolio, he drove the business and technology strategy across Cisco’s entire product offerings. Pankaj also serves on the board of directors of several technology startups, including Versa Networks, SparkCognition, Uniphore, Ushur, and a non-profit GO2 foundation.
