During my term at Global Hospitals, I was able to build an amazing team to handle international patients affairs. Through our efforts, my team and I tripled the international marketing revenue. My attention was brought to another new hospital in Chennai during this time. This new facility was struggling even two years after its inception to make 5 lakh revenue per month. This was challenging and exciting for me. I took up managing this facility and in one year turned the revenue up by one crore per month.
