A proven leader, entrepreneur, and inventor in the mobile and wireless industry with a track-record of delivering the core technology to enable profitable and scalable multi-million and multi-billion dollar businesses. With over 25 years of experience, having broad responsibilities in R&D, operations, and management, she has demonstrated the ability to combine business, technology, and management. Equally at home driving advanced product development teams, interfacing with tier-one customers (such as Apple, Samsung, AT&T, etc), and diligence and integration for multi-million dollar M&A activities.

At UCLA, she was a member of the pioneering team in RF CMOS and was instrumental in solving the challenges of integrating high speed digital and RF in a single device.

In 1998, she co-founded Innovent Systems, a short-range wireless communications startup that developed low cost Bluetooth and WiFi SoC solutions. Innovent Systems was acquired by Broadcom Corp in 2000 and became the fastest growing organization in wireless and mobile communications for Broadcom.

Built the team from the ground up that developed all the wireless radios for a broad range of wireless products, including Bluetooth, WLAN, GPS, FM, ZigBee, NFC and Combos (integration multi-standard on a SOC), Cellular 2G/3G and 4G, Femto, Microwave backhaul, and 60GHz WiGig. Provided the enabling technology to grow the wireless business from zero to over $3 billion in revenue annually, over 1 billion radios annually, and number one market share in multiple business segments.

Over 300 issued patents and over 58 journal and conference publications, some of which have received best publication awards.
