The Yodil Platform offered Business Intelligence (BI), Analytics, Data Warehousing, Data Quality, and Data Governance solutions for the Insurance Industry. Mr. Waite led the strategic acquisition of Yodil by Duck Creek Technologies in December 2016.

BCF Technology Inc. - President of BCF, the leading InsurTech provider of web services for the Insurance Industry and the creator of Vertafore's TransactNOW. Mr. Waite was a key member of the Board of Directors that negotiated the sale of BCF Technology in July 2006 to Vertafore Inc.
