I’m the CEO and one of the Co-founders of Minut. We’re a venture-backed start-up on a mission to make short-term rental work for everyone: hosts, guests and neighbors alike. We've created a sensor that monitors noise, occupancy, motion and temperature in rental properties, helping hosts prevent parties, enhance guest experience and protect their homes, while respecting guest privacy. With powerful automations and integrations, Minut empowers property managers to grow their businesses while keeping operations lean.
