As the CEO of the hospitality software company Mews, I am excited to be making a mark on an industry which is as old as mankind. Its an industry that desperately needs a new generation of software to drive innovation.

I believe that technology should not alienate personal relationships, it should rather help facilitate better and more personal service. So we build software in the friendliest way possible, through great design, great functionality and automation of boring admin tasks. Lets computers do what they do best, while we enable hoteliers to serve customers.

In the day-to-day operations, I am extremely hands-on when a challenge arises and try to coach the team to find the best solution for each individual client. We love tackling complex problems, which allowed us to grow not only in hotels, but also hostels, apartments, airbnb and chain hotels.

My journey to CEO was not easy, and it took a lot of hard work to get there. Along the way I have been supported by many people, who helped create opportunities for growth, for which I am extremely grateful. At Mews we believe in paying it forward, and we stimulate our team members to grow professionally, and take any opportunity that comes their way.
