Dr. Donna Brezinski is the CEO/Founder of Little Sparrows Technologies. A board certified neonatologist, she has a 20+ year career in pediatrics and newborn medicine. She is the inventor of the Bili-Hut™, the first portable, high-intensity neonatal phototherapy device that can operate for prolonged intervals on a battery. Under her leadership, Little Sparrows Technologies has received numerous honors and awards for the Bili-Hut™ innovation, including a $1M Phase II SBIR from the NIH. Bili-Hut™ received a 2018 Patents for Humanity Award in Medicine from the USPTO as a a game-changing innovation to solve a humanitarian challenge.

In 2020 she founded Winchester Medical Solutions to meet the urgent need for PPE, medical and personal wellbeing solutions during the coronavirus pandemic and beyond.
