With nearly 20 years of experience in healthcare venture capital and entrepreneurship, I am a Managing Partner at Medical Excellence Capital (MEC), an early-stage life science venture fund that leverages a global network of medical experts, family offices, and academic institutions to invest in innovative and impactful biotech and precision health technologies.

I have personally co-founded, launched, and led several successful healthcare companies, including RightCare Solutions, a digital health company that was acquired by naviHealth, and Upward Health, a tech-enabled care delivery service for complex patients. Cofounded ProJenX, an neurogenerative company, and helped launch Ladder Bio. I have also served as a board member, board observer, advisor, and executive for multiple venture-backed companies, such as Ladder Bio, ProJenX, Nobias Therapeutics, GC Therapeutics, and others.

I am passionate about improving the U.S. healthcare system collaboratively with innovative life science technologies, value-oriented care delivery strategies, and evidence-based solutions that make a positive difference for patients. I am driven by the desire to positively impact patients and to be part of a team-based culture committed to collaborating with passionate and dedicated innovators, financiers, and strategic partners. I am also a former adjunct professor and co-instructor of healthcare entrepreneurship at the Wharton School, where I earned my MBA, and I also hold a BSE in Systems Engineering and Healthcare Systems from the University of Pennsylvania.
