- 1980 - 1997 - Returned to Israel and joined Rafael, the leading R&D arm of the Israeli Ministry Of Defense; Started as R&D Communications Engineer; (Over 20 years of experience in RF, Wireless Communications & EW Systems), System Engineer, Departments Manager, VP-Elctronics Systems DIV. Last Roll - Rafael's VP Strategy.
- led the of Rafael's paradigm and innovative restructuring, with over 6500 R&D and technical professionals.

- 1997, Started Neurone Ventures I, a small boutique Seed Stage VC Fund.
- 2000 - Co-founded Neurone Ventures II / PNV.
- 2005 - Co-founded CIVC - China Israel Value Capital, a China based (Shenzhen) VC Fund, investing in growth stage Chinese companies; Introduced Israeli technologies to some of CIVC's portfolio companies, for value appreciation and differentiation.
- Led number of portfolio companies through IPO (JKS-NYSE, CMT-Euronex, 3NOD-KOSDAQ, WLCSP (603005) - Shanghai) and M&A (Xosoft, GalayOr).

- In July 2015 - Co-founded Karamba Security, an Autonomous Security Solution for Autonomous platforms; Started with the Automotive sector, serving Automotive Tier-1s and OEMs' Connected ECUs: Infotainment, Telematics, Insurance Dongles, GPS, VTX/VTV and Mission Critical ECUs which are connected to the CAN bus and to the Internet in the Connected Cars. Serving also Autonomous Drones, and other Autonomous Platforms.
