At HourWork, we fight for small businesses and the hourly worker.

For me, this is personal.

I dropped out of high school when I was 14 to help my family and went on to hold 13 hourly jobs in the course of a decade, all while earning my high school degree through night courses. I then went on to graduate from Cornell, work for Google in California, and earn an MBA from Harvard, where I co-founded HourWork.

The pandemic has shone a bright light on the fact that work is so fundamentally broken for millions, with a disproportionate effect on essential workers.

Enter HourWork. We deliver innovative recruitment and retention solutions to some of the most well-known companies in the world, helping connect, hire and retain with hourly talent.
