Holly cofounder & local government believer -- We're hiring!

We're on a mission to bring millions of Americans into public service careers through software that treats them with hospitality and care. To do this, we're building the first AI-native HRIS driving performance and collaboration for governments, starting with a job design product that helps governments benchmark salaries and build better positions. We're venture-backed and looking for a founding engineer to make public sector careers more rewarding!

I come from direct experience in local government. In Baltimore, I helped bring 275 people into public service careers in under a year through the launch of Baltimore Health Corps, the city's key public health response team during Covid. We hired 40 people / month and got noticed for it -- the White House recognized it as a national model for embedding racial equity into large scale employment development. I also led data science for projects around youth justice reform, emergency response, community and economic development, and more. This passion started with a high school mayoral internship for Alex Morse in Holyoke, and I've taken it to 5 administrations across three cities.
