Hidden River Strategic Capital is an investment firm that supports the success of small business owner-operators. We focus on the underserved, “hidden” funding void between mezzanine debt and growth equity in making structured capital investments that meet the unique and often unmet capital needs of proven small businesses.

Hidden River provides flexible capital to proven owner-operators who will continue to own and run their businesses. Our structured capital solutions provide junior debt and preferred equity capital primarily for growth and/or inactive shareholder recaps.

Hidden River is exclusively focused on backing owner-operators (not PE sponsors) and will often be a company’s first meaningful institutional capital partner, typically in a non-control ownership position.

Hidden River invests $8 – $20 million in companies with $15+ million in revenue and are EBITDA positive. We look to partner with management teams operating durable, capital efficient business models with products and services that are well-positioned for continued growth.
