Sandeep Gudibanda is an endurance specialist. In the last 13 years, he has co-founded 5 companies that have gone through 7 rounds of funding in all. He has also completed multiple triathlons and marathons across the world including an Iron Man 70.3 (1.9 km swimming, 90km cycling and 21.2 km running adding up to 70.3 miles at a stretch!)

While Sandeep is best at starting anything from ground up, he also comes with rich experience of running distributed health care operations catering to diverse demographics. With startups in Technology, Internet, Education, and the Healthcare space, he understands a wide range of domains. His areas of expertise are Business Development and Procurement/Negotiation.

At HealthPlix, he is working on an ambitious plan of driving health outcomes at the population level by building assistive Clinical decision suppport applications for doctors of all specialities and in Oncology.

NephroPlus, one of the successful startups that Sandeep Gudibanda leads, is India’s largest Dialysis Service Provider and 7th Largest Globally. Employs more than 3500 employees.

At JobeeHive and Talentify, his other startups, Sandeep has not only identified the issues of the hour but also solved them with seamless software product developments solutions. He believes in building IT as a backbone of every organisation and has the right understanding of IT given his Computer Science Engineering background.

He often draws comparisons between Business and Triathlons highlighting how –Vision, Goals, Milestones, Celebration of small wins, Course Correction, Learning from failures – are key to succeed in both! He preaches his team to set goals and pursue them with resilience & sheer passion. “You never know until you tri ” is his mantra!
