I am the Group Chief Executive & Vice-Chairman at Fractal. I co-founded Fractal Analytics in 2000, well before the analytics and AI were entire industries. I served as CEO of Fractal Analytics from 2006 to 2016.

In my current role as Group Chief Executive, I lead the Fractal group of companies (below) and I am also responsible for the inorganic growth and long-term future of the business.

We are organized into the following distinct entities:

1) Fractal.ai, our core business of providing AI and analytics services to Fortune 500® companies;
2) Crux Intelligence, which delivers real-time analytics at your fingertips – providing the right information to the right person at the right time through next-gen self-serve analytics;
3) Eugenie.ai, our AI-backed algorithmic suite to enable businesses to spot, explore and exploit anomalies and patterns that have a bottom-line impact;
4) FinalMile, our entity focused on behavioural economics and cognitive science to explain and influence human behaviour;
5) Qure.ai, our AI business in healthcare imaging and genomics;
6) Theremin.ai, our Deep-Learning-based solution to identify unique investment opportunities in financial markets;
7) Samya.ai, our entity focused on AI-based Revenue Growth Management.

At Fractal, our aspiration is to power every human decision in the enterprise. We have had the good fortune of playing a role in the evolution of the AI and Analytics industry. Before they became buzzwords, we evangelized the need to use AI and Analytics to make better decisions.

Before Fractal, I was an investment banker and worked across structured debt and CDOs at ANZ and ICICI Ltd. I have a BS in Electrical Engineering from IIT Delhi and an MBA from IIM Ahmedabad. I consider myself a lifelong student of mathematics, probability & AI and have a penchant for consumer behaviour, behavioural economics and deep learning.
