I am a true digital native with 25+ years of experience using data and technology to transform businesses and improve consumers lives. I have successfully operated within a variety of fast and fluid agency, start up, and corporate environments and worked on some of the world’s most iconic brands. Most recently, I served as the first ever appointed Global Chief Digital Officer for The Coca-Cola Company and was responsible for driving digital transformation across the company’s 9 operating units and franchise bottler network.

My diverse cross industry experience and deep subject matter expertise enables me to be highly adaptable based on an organization’s need. From a visionary, strategist and change agent to digital marketer, experience designer, content creator and or as a builder/operator of large scale technology platforms, I think holistically and operate transversally.

I have operated in a global leadership capacity within three distinct industries and across 200+ markets. This experience has provided me with unique perspectives for different cultures, consumer behaviors and market dynamics. I leverage this experience to think differently about problem solving and certainly outside the box. I have built and operated consumer, business to business and digital service delivery platforms at scale. Data and analytics are non negotiables and provide the foundation for driving design, development and execution of unique growth algorithms and accelerated performance gains.

I truly understand consumer centricity and I have been fortunate to build some of the world’s leading consumer engagement and service delivery platforms for global hospitality, financial service and FMCG companies using personalization, fair value exchange and loyalty mechanics.

I am most often described as a highly entrepreneurial and approachable leader with a start up mentality, balanced by executive discipline and accountability. I have built business from the ground up multiple times and strongly believe in building highly diverse teams that work hard and play hard and perform at the highest levels of industry competition.
