Faropoint is a Last-Mile Industrial Real Estate investment firm with over $1B in assets acquired and 15M sqft, focusing on industrial and logistics warehouses in urban locations across several of the top metro areas in the United States.
We are on a mission to create the largest last-mile industrial network in the US.
My primary focus is defining and monitoring investment strategy, developing and nurturing critical business relationships and growing our ecosystem of committed capital partners.

We have 7 offices throughout the US and a large dedicated investment team.
We are developing in-house technology to leverage the data we collect to automate underwriting through AI and scale our sourcing capabilities with our own proprietary platform.

✔ Over 10 years’ experience in Real Estate management and strategy execution, ample experience in establishment of discretionary Fund vehicles.
✔ In-depth knowledge of Industrial Logistics fundamentals & trends. Led the Firm’s shift into Last & mile Logistics Real Estate to embrace the enormous “on-demand” consumption as part of the e-Commerce boom

✔ Serving as a Board Member in three Start-Up companies - (1) Bionic Hive, which is developing autonomous robots for logistics operations, (2) Davinci MFC, which is focusing on micro fulfillment as a service across the nation and (3) RFKeeper, which is a SaaS company that leverages RFID hardware to enable 99% inventory accuracy.
