Today I'm one of seven business unit owners at Redfin, where I have full P&L ownership of a high 8-figure business and lead strategy, field operations, business operations, marketing, and analytics for Redfin's marketplace businesses (~70-person team).

I also have a background in partnerships, with companies big and small. In a prior role at non-profit company, Startup Weekend, I raised millions of dollars per year from companies like Intuit, General Assembly, Sprint and 3M. And at Redfin, I created partnerships with Fannie Mae, Opendoor, Bankrate, Zillow and more to create millions of dollars in high margin revenue for Redfin, while creating real value for home shoppers and sellers on Redfin.com.
