I believe that work should work for people, not just for companies. As a friend of mine puts it elegantly: ‘We know how to design ergonomic chairs, desks and keyboards – why not ergonomic work?’

In times of ‘great attrition’, employee experience has become a primary business priority for large organizations. As business leader and former chief HR Officer of a public company, I’ve explored the many facets of this field for a few decades and across four continents.

As it turns out, companies face mostly self-inflicted obstacles to creating better experiences for workers. They need a new breed of tools to overcome these obstacles. I have recently co-founded FOUNT with my business partner to build this new generation of Employee Experience products (EX Intelligence and EX Operations solutions).
