I am the Founder & CEO of Everise, an industry leader in customer experience (CX) outsourcing, offering high-growth start-ups and Fortune 500 companies the talent, tools, and technology they need to scale their business and brands across markets rapidly. With headquarters in both United States & Singapore, my vision is to build a leading multi-billion-dollar CX experience company with over 16,000 AI-powered employees delivering happiness to millions of customers in 8 markets, in over 32 different languages globally.

I brought the company back to its start-up origins with a series of partnerships and innovations that aimed to adapt to fast-changing market trends and future proof the BPO industry. By forming strategic partnerships, including Microsoft and embracing new technologies such as AI, Everise is thinking small to achieve big things.

With a proven record of helping enterprises achieve long-term growth and overseeing corporate mergers and acquisitions, migrations, business development, outsourcing, and vendor and client management, I have spearheaded numerous expansions for multiple companies in the Business Processing Outsourcing industry.

Before establishing Everise, I was a founding member of Aegis and have grown the company from a mere five-employee operation to one of the largest BPO companies in India, with operations across India, Sri Lanka, South Africa, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. I have over a decade and a half of BPO experience in Operations, Migrations, Training, Client Management and Business Development with an MBA from Manchester Business School, UK, in Strategy and International Business.

I have been invited to speak at various prestigious forums worldwide on my entrepreneurship and industry experience. These include the Wharton India Economic Forum in Philadelphia, the Aspect BPO CXO Xchange roundtable in Hong Kong, Silicon India Leadership Summit in New Delhi and CX Asia in Singapore.
