The Enertiv Platform has been deployed in over 100M square feet, including adoption by many of the industry's most sophisticated owners and operators, such as Starwood Capital, AvalonBay, Prologis and Brandywine Realty Trust.

The suite of software tools is designed to meet commercial real estate portfolios where they are, whether that's transitioning from paper-based and manual process to digital and automated, or that's integrating real-time data for continuous commissioning and predictive maintenance.

Over time, the Enertiv Platform becomes the only platform commercial real estate companies need for their back-of-house operations, including: maintenance, energy management, tenant utility billing, capital planning, monitoring and optimization. When fully deployed, the Enertiv Platform saves between 21 and 34 cents per square in operating and capital expenses.
