At a young age I stumbled on software development when attempting to improve a computer game I used to play. The hobby quickly grew into a career aspiration and I pursued education and roles in software engineering. A few years into my professional life, I became interested in the organizational structures, processes, and culture that enable the creation of successful products. To enrich the practical experience from leadership roles at Èze and Acadian I pursued an MBA at MIT Sloan.

A lot has changed since "hacking" that computer game, however, the drive to create positive change has stayed the same. It is the reason we started Electives - an edTech company redefining corporate learning and development.


In my free time, I enjoy sailing and participating in triathlons.
