With my team we are building Efenco from the inside-out, with people who are honest with themselves and aligned with our goal of Energy Peace, which we believe is possible utilising untapped energy within the fuel unit.

I make things happen. At Piletilevi I built the innovative online ticketing system from scratch to become the leading ticketing business in Baltics. And during my tenure at Enterprise Estonia I consulted over 200 startups in innovation management.

Driven executive, focused on game-changing technology and constant innovation to bring our HERC technology, reducing carbon emissions by 18%, from lab to market. I believe in heart based leadership, and am attentive, relaxed, and responsive to situations and people. A connector, thinker, and entrepreneur who understands institutional investors and VCs - I am always evaluating our visibility and approach. Intrinsically understanding motivation and leadership, and the role they play in the internal workings of a successful company.

Other interests include ice swimming, and the physical and mental states which emerge from the discipline. While beekeeping keeps me rooted in the natural world, marvelling at the bees industriousness, communication and collaboration frequences.
