Tom Ressemann is a CEO of EarliTec, a Board Director and Senior Advisor serving public and private companies in digital health, medical device, biotechnology and healthcare with over 34 years of operating and leadership experience. Tom previously served as the Chief Executive Officer and Board Director of Amphora Medical (Acquired by Hologic, Inc.), and the Chief Executive Office, Founder and Board Director of Entellus Medical (Acquired by Stryker, Corporation).

With a commitment to community, learning and development, Tom also serves in mentoring roles for entrepreneurs in the Minneapolis area, to help them incubate their ideas and businesses and on the Board of Directors of The Children’s Theatre Company, where he served on the Executive Committee and as Chairman of the Education/Community Engagement Committee.

Tom holds an MBA, BS in Mechanical Engineering and Certificate in Corporate Governance. He is active in professional, intercultural and industry organizations.
