Extensive experience with financial pitches, developing business plans and closing on well over $300 MM in early stage and startup financings. Prepared to move wherever necessary. Global experience.

I have an acute appreciation of the hurdles to product rollout in the physical world. Particular interest and expertise in; Carbon Capture and Sequestration and Direct Air Capture (DAC) in particular, energy storage in electrical and thermal forms, electrical grids, building level efficiency, real time location sensing systems, and the overall energy transformation. Repeated experience in hiring and recruiting teams to execute a vision. Substantial IP experience in original patent filing and working on patent licensing in both material science and software/conceptual IP. Worldwide experience in creating distributor networks and sales and fundraising. I understand field conditions, not just lab prototypes.

In addition to Electron Storage, Inc. which concentrates my electrical grid and battery interests, I am actively involved in some very interesting early stage companies in other fields including multiple ones in climate related technology from advanced pyrolysis to electrical grid control and sensing, to improving shipping efficiency.

I am actively seeking board positions or leadership positions where my experience can be helpful to both investors and management. I am particularly interested in assisting or leading any companies technology for direct air capture of CO2. I also am available to help investors evaluate tech teams and opportunities, primarily in the energy area broadly and anything related to CO2 and global warming solutions.
