As an avid traveler and adventurer, I’ve been fortunate enough to visit 88 countries so far and I’ve spent more than two cumulative years living on a boat, many in very remote anchorages. Before returning to the office each Monday as CEO of DataCore, you may catch me diving, spearfishing, and lobster hunting around my home on the South Florida coast or doing the same in some far off place. I’m always looking to find new adventures, stay active, and meet new people, which is true both personally and professionally.

Before joining DataCore in 2018, I headed several successful companies in the technology infrastructure sector, securing top-name customers such as Accenture, Cisco, Ford, IBM, and Microsoft. Throughout my career, I’ve maintained one key principle: leading our particular adventure with high character.

I spend an inordinate amount of time getting to know the person behind the candidate before making them a job offer. I do that because I want to ensure that all of the people we hire have extraordinary integrity, honesty, and collaboration skills.
