She also led production data ecosystems that are now referenced by programs throughout the U.S. Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Gadalia left the Federal Government to join the private sector as an executive at a Big Data/AI software startup where she built a profitable consulting practice that funded the growth of the company and where she helped lead to a successful exit. She then joined the National Audubon Society and built a data and analytics team, practice, and enterprise infrastructure that furthers wildlife conservation mission impact and the business processes that support it.
