Did you know that over 9 billion pages of medical information are faxed among providers each year? This creates care delays, administrative burden for providers, and lack of access to crucial information about patients’ medical histories.

Credo’s medical record retrieval and analysis platform gathers and summarizes the information value-based care organizations need, so they can deliver exceptional care, risk adjust accurately, and drive superior reimbursement outcomes from day one.

We believe it's time for healthcare to join the digital revolution. Learn how you can partner with us at www.credohealth.com. We’re currently running a pilot program for select patient populations, so please reach out to us today if you’d like to take part.
