I’m currently the Co-Founder of #CoreOps.AI, where we’re on a mission to reimagine how enterprises run their core operations, using deep tech, automation, and AI to deliver real, measurable business outcomes. Our founding team brings together over a century of experience in enterprise technology, and we’re passionate about making transformation practical, not just aspirational.

I also serve as an Independent Director on the Board of Xerox India, helping shape strategy and governance, and advise iValue InfoSolutions and GoSwirl as they scale and strengthen their market presence.

Before this chapter, I spent decades leading high-growth businesses at Dell Technologies, EMC, NetApp, HP, HCL, and Wipro, building teams, driving mergers, and leading global alliances with a focus on people, performance, and purpose.

What truly fuels my passion is the opportunity to nurture the next generation of leaders, a cause I proudly championed as an executive sponsor for Dell Technologies' GenNext Employee Resource Group. Bidding farewell to Dell at the peak of my career as SVP, I embarked on a new journey, which I call RJ2.0 (#RJ2dot0). This exhilarating journey into startups, advisory, and mentorship has allowed me to fully realize that passion by equipping future leaders to thrive in an AI-driven world.

Two years later, I caught the startup bug myself (perhaps a case of reverse mentoring), proving it's never too late to embark on a new journey!
