He is redefining effective process efficacy, performance, and CX for these sectors by addressing the sectors’ core need for enhanced data privacy and audit compliance along with high levels of agility, automation, and productivity.

His understanding of key areas for scale – people capital, partnerships, and product adoption – has seen him make Contiinex the platform of choice among leadership teams of 100+ global enterprises. Under Prateek’s vision and leadership, Contiinex is set to grow as a highly mature platform that services newer sectors, including e-commerce and various consumer industries, with multiple global languages analyzing capabilities.

Prateek’s current approach to driving digital transformation with Contiinex is a continuation of his commitment and performance at Microsoft, where he was recognized with the Platinum Club award for driving SaaS adoption and migration of a multi-billion-dollar business stream to the Cloud. During his 16-year-long career at the company, Prateek successfully drove adoption among customers for multiple transitions in the technology landscape. He was also responsible for leading a global alliance team that delivered revenue of USD 450 million, creating a blueprint for the company’s partnerships and alliances division in the years to come.

Alumni of the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, Prateek holds a degree in Marketing and Finance and likes to play squash in his free time. Beyond his key impact areas at Contiinex, he remains a firm believer in the power of community; as a leader, he finds his purpose in building a community of technology enthusiasts that continuously challenge the possibilities when it comes to what’s possible with speech intelligence.
