Combining these backgrounds, I work as a Founding CEO in ColloidTek Ltd and PostDoc in Tampere University where my interdisciplinary work aligns at the interface of industry and academy. In both positions I control R&D to develop and commercialize new technologies, in addition to that in ColloidTek I control all company functions. Apart from my main tasks I guide theses and carry out some of my own research in field of Ceramics.
