With over 20 years of cross-industry expertise in retail, technology, and real estate, I have a unique perspective on how to create and deliver innovative and engaging solutions that drive growth and loyalty.

My mission is to empower our clients with our suite of offerings, including the XO, Xplorer, Parcel IQ, Brightdoor CRM, and Brightdoor Touch, that enable them to connect and communicate with their customers across multiple channels and touchpoints. I am also a recognized public speaker and thought leader on proptech, customer experience, and innovation, and an active member and sponsor of the Urban Land Institute.
