Hello! I'm Matt Silver, and I've been immersed in logistics since I was 19. Growing up around this industry, I've learned from the best and believe deeply in the power of technology to evolve how we operate. Yes, relationships matter, but so does innovation.

My journey started at Coyote, where I spent a decade and established the Mexico department, contributing to its integration into UPS in 2015. In 2018, I founded Forager, a venture-backed freight tech company in Chicago. We developed a platform that simplified freight movement across the US, Mexico, and Canada, offering robust features for shippers and carriers, along with an internal TMS built for cross-border freight.

In early 2022, Forager joined forces with Arrive Logistics, merging our cross-border expertise with Arrive's domestic network. This move accelerated our growth and positioned Arrive as a leader in North American cross-border logistics. At the end of September 2023, I left Arrive to embark on a new venture, aiming to further innovate and enhance U.S.-Mexico cross-border logistics. Join me on this exciting journey!
