I'm an entrepreneur and startup expert focused on building strong teams, fixing the toughest problems I can find, and growing early-stage companies. I specialize in startup operations and finance, growth marketing, team management, and culture building. I've spent time in big tech, nonprofits, and startups...but I really love startups.

I'm passionate about helping small businesses and aggregating disaggregated markets. That's why I co-founded Bevz, a company that is transforming the alcohol and snack industry with technology that helps the 1.2 million stores across the globe with the technology, data, and support they need to manage and grow their business.

I strongly believe that people are the most important assets in an organization. I'm intensely focused on bringing diverse and talented people -- with grit and hustle -- together to solve problems and reach big goals. I’m a team player and I love collaborating with people. But I'm also a productivity freak, and focus on spending my time at work and at home efficiently and strategically. My teams thrive the most when we challenge each other to be better, and we are never hindered by hierarchies or titles.

With my background in communications and applied psychology, I think my workplace superpower is empathy and human connection. I can quickly understand others’ communication and work styles, which allows me to easily connect with people and build strong relationships fast. And I believe strong relationships are key to building and growing any startup.

I'm have a passion for making things better, including myself. Outside of work, I read books, take online trainings, attend conferences, and do research to help me become a better professional and teammate. I am also completing my MBA at UCLA Anderson.

I believe that if I always give maximum effort, doing everything I possibly can to do my best work, regardless of how long it takes, my team and I will be successful. My work ethic and my passion for improving myself and my team make me a versatile asset to any group or company. But, I still believe work and life should be fun. I can always find time to laugh, connect with my team members on a personal level, and have a good time in the midst of stress and chaos.

Personally, my wife and I (and our two very cool dogs) live in Los Angeles, CA, where we were born and raised. Outside of work, you'll find us eating and drinking locally at the coolest restaurants and pop-ups we can find.
