Aqua-Spark is a global investment fund (Utrecht, the Netherlands) that makes investments in sustainable aquaculture businesses that generate investment returns, while creating positive social and environmental impact. The fund invests in small to medium enterprises that are working towards the production of safe, accessible aquatic life, such as fish, shellfish and plants, in a way that does not harm the health of the planet.

Aqua-Spark is building an ecosystem of sustainable aquaculture SMEs across the value chain. We invest in alternative feed solutions, farming, technology, disease battling and market access. The investments will benefit from each other and from the larger network of experts and partners. With this portfolio approach we create solid, longterm partnerships where all parties have an incentive to stay a good partner over time and help strengthen the framework for a sustainable aquaculture industry.
