My relationship with credit was non-existent growing up. I didn’t realize how powerful credit can be until I was 10k short of tuition at USC and needed to look for other funding options.

Being rejected from all the loans I applied to because of a lack of credit history shed light on the reality many other unbanked people face. It puts a limit on your dreams and life experiences.

Bringing awareness to those truths and having real talks about finances and credit have been my mission since.

Altro was created to break down financial barriers and help people get their money right. We build credit for free by working with credit bureaus to convert everyday payments to credit history.

Everyone should have access to financial knowledge and build the life they want.
