  • $5,000,000

Allocations was founded in 2019 by Kingsley Advani, a successful serial angel investor. Advani became determined to build a more democratic fund raising platform after being fed up with how slow and expensive fund lawyers were. Allocations levels the playing ground between normal investors and institutions via SPVs, funds and SPACs. It is the company’s mission to democratize capitalism.

The Allocations platform empowers emerging fund managers to easily raise capital and gives normal investors the opportunity to invest in companies that are changing the world. Allocations has enabled investments in companies such as SpaceX, Axiom Space and Udemy. In addition to this, the company has facilitated early-stage funding for innovative companies that are addressing some of the biggest problems in the world right now: cancer, pollution and sustainable meat production.

Allocations is rapidly expanding to build the world’s most programmatic approach to fund management. The company was started in Silicon Valley and has since moved to Miami, where it is steadily becoming a crucial pillar of Miami’s burgeoning tech hub. Notable investors include Jamie Rogozinsky (Founder of WallStreetBets), Joshua Browder (Founder of DoNotPay) and Zachary Hargreaves (Ex Founders Fund).
