As a health-tech NED, I sit on the Board at Health Tech Enterprise and formerly at the Pharmaceutical Licensing Group, where I was also Editor of the Business Development & Licensing Journal.

A former business development professional and banking lawyer, I am a seasoned negotiator of significant M&A and licensing transactions with values in the billions of dollars, involving pharmaceutical assets across multiple therapy areas which have had incredible tangible impact on patient treatment pathways and health outcomes.

I have lived, studied and worked across the UK, France and the UAE. I am passionate about business, innovation, commercialising science, championing women to pursue STEM subjects and careers, and continuous learning.
