I consider myself an enthusiastic creator with a broad technology background, getting most enjoyment on helping early startups to find their product-market fit and prepare for the rocket ride!

In 2005, I co-founded Eniram. We took the company from scratch to a profitable 10M€ business. As a CTO I led the team of 70 persons (incl. product marketing, business development, innovation, R&D and IT), and contributed to company vision, strategy, marketing, several product concepts, product roll-outs, patents, product architecture and technologies etc. We did several VC rounds (€5M+ in total), and also received Tekes and EU grants and loans. And finally, we sold the company to Wärtsilä for €43M, helping Eniram to become a part of Wärtsilä's digital strategy.

On the other hand, we were near bankruptcy several times, we also rolled-out some bad products and services, failed on getting grants, I micromanaged and did all possible leadership mistakes, etc. - which all taught me so much more than a smooth sail.

Although I command a broad base of technologies (both SW and HW), I believe I am at my best when making a product concept meet the market, and teams aligned with the company strategy and vision.
